Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day underground utility construction activities
Manage projects and crews to help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and project specifications
Oversee pipeline construction, installation, and maintenance activities
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management, engineers, and other project personnel
Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to maintain project safety and quality standards
Identify and address potential jobsite risks, delays, and construction issues
Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and company standards
Maintain a productive, organized, and professional jobsite
Perform additional duties as assigned by construction management

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a foreman or supervisor in underground wet utility construction
Strong knowledge of underground pipeline construction and field operations
Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage crews, schedules, and changing jobsite conditions
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of assigned projects
